When you create an account or use ContentHooks, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and any content or videos you submit for analysis, along with usage data like feature interactions and device information.

We use your information to provide and improve ContentHooks, personalize your experience, communicate with you about your account, and analyze usage trends to build better features.

When you connect MinoAI Frontier to Claude or ChatGPT, you sign in with Whop or Discord and approve the connection. We receive the tool your assistant calls and the inputs it sends, such as a search phrase, a public video link or a social media handle; we do not receive your conversation or chat history. We use these inputs only to answer that request. For each call we log the tool name, timing and whether it succeeded, keep tool results for a few minutes so a repeated request is not run twice, and keep the video link and error when a video analysis fails so we can fix it. When your assistant installs the MinoAI editing tools on your computer, it also sends us the install’s one-line result, your computer type (Mac or Windows) and the tools version, with user names in folder paths and email addresses removed, so we can fix setup problems. Public videos you send are fetched by our video data provider and analysed by AI model providers, including Google's Gemini API. Sign-in credentials are stored only as hashes: access lasts 15 minutes, and an unused connection expires after 30 days and always after 90 days. You can disconnect at any time in your Claude or ChatGPT settings or from the Connect page in your MinoAI dashboard, and the connector never posts to, changes or deletes anything in your social media or MinoAI accounts.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how ContentHooks is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Service functions.

We use trusted third parties to help operate ContentHooks, including Whop and Discord for account authentication, Whop for payment processing, cloud hosting, database and file-storage providers to store and serve the Service, a video data provider to fetch public social media videos and stats, and AI model providers to analyse videos and generate responses. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate ContentHooks (such as hosting and payment processing), or when required by law.

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required by law, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain your personal information and submitted content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area, UK, and California have specific statutory rights under laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. You can exercise any of these rights at any time by contacting us at support@contentacademy.io.

ContentHooks is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email.
